Not only was this faucet easy to install and absolutely gorgeous, I decided after receiving my order that I wanted the oil rubbed bronze rather than the polished brass. Return of the faucet was so easy and their customer service and support center was one of the best I've encountered. Their staff was so nice and they shipped the new color faucet before receiving my returned faucet. Credit was issued fast and they were just a wonderful company to do business with. I highly recommend them and the faucet!!!
