Great design, works great!

The soap dispenser arrived in a timely fashion and we were able to install it without difficulty. It looks great and works well.

The pumps look lovely and seem very sturdy...I expect they will last a long time. There is one problem ( and since I installed 2 pumps, I am guessing this is a universal problem)...they do not hold their prime. Every time I use it I have to pump 3-4 times before product starts to flow. In addition, if I don't use the pump for several days, the first soap that comes out is green...looks like it reacted with copper or bronze( it is supposed to be pink) and it gets back to a normal color after a pump or two. Other than that, I like them.

Well designed product that does the job. Superior to the Moen product it replaced. Easy install. The washer placement is shown incorrectly on the diagram. It fits inside the flange of the fixture on top of the countertop.
