nice but better customer service from fixture universe.

Item was received as described but was damaged upon arrival. Called Fixture Universe and spoke to Andrew who was efficient, helpful and courteuos. Sending me a brand new item!

Bought to replace one that wore out. Grohe is expensive, but good quality. Too bad they don't just sell the pump, without the bottle. The pump is the weak link.
