Write a Reviewfixture universe great / danze horrible

I ordered 4 items in oil rubbed bronze. Unfortunately, 1 came in black. They said I ordered it in black. I'm not sure. Well, Danze charges a 15% restocking fee. I reordered it in oil rubbed bronze!!!! Why a restock fee then?? I was happy with Fixture Universe but my new home will get no more Danze products!

ITEM WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. MAYBE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT YOU USUALLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. ADVERTISED AS OIL RUBBED BRONZE AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE RECEIVED.
